Food and Drink

Beginning a meal in the name of Allah and ending it with thanks.

  1. 1.Before Eating

    بِسْمِ اللَّهِ

    In the name of Allah.

  2. 2.After Eating

    الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَٰذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ

    All praise is for Allah who fed me this and provided it for me without any power or strength on my part.

  3. 3.Praise After Food and Drink

    الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا وَجَعَلَنَا مُسْلِمِينَ

    All praise is for Allah who fed us and gave us drink and made us Muslims.
