For Pain in the Body
Bismillah, bismillah, bismillah. A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhir.
In the name of Allah, in the name of Allah, in the name of Allah. I take refuge in Allah and in His power from the evil of what I feel and what I fear.
What it means
Two things are named: the pain you are feeling now and the worse thing you are afraid it might be. Anyone who has waited on test results knows that the second is often harder than the first, and this dua treats both as real.
When and how
Place your hand on the place that hurts. Say Bismillah three times, then say the rest seven times.
Its virtue
Uthman ibn Abi al-As complained to the Prophet ﷺ of a pain in his body, and the Prophet ﷺ taught him to place his hand on the place that hurt and say this, reported in Sahih Muslim 2202.
